Our policy for API credits, subscriptions, cancellations, and dedicated search capacity.

Sailor is an API product with metered search usage. Because credits, upstream costs, and dedicated infrastructure are delivered as the service is used, purchases are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
No refunds after purchase
Sailor purchases and subscription charges are non-refundable unless required by law or a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Subscription cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal. You keep access to remaining credits until the current billing period ends or the credits expire.
Support first
If the issue is configuration, provider access, or integration friction, contact us and we will try to fix the problem.
Written exceptions
Enterprise contracts, committed usage, custom procurement terms, and dedicated capacity may follow separate written terms.
If you cancel a subscription, cancellation prevents the next renewal. Any remaining credits from the current billing period remain available until the period ends or the credits expire, whichever comes first.
