Sailor is an API product with metered search usage. We want billing to feel calm, but refunds have to account for delivered credits, upstream costs, and dedicated infrastructure.

Early access grace

If a paid plan is purchased by mistake or the service does not fit within the first 7 days, contact us and we will review a reasonable refund.

Usage-based limits

Consumed credits, high-volume API usage, and dedicated capacity are generally not refundable once delivered, unless required by law or a written agreement.

Support first

If the issue is configuration, provider access, or integration friction, we will try to fix the problem before treating the plan as a failed purchase.

Review needed

This is starter SaaS/API refund language and should be reviewed by counsel before production legal reliance.

Refund requests should include the account email, purchase date, plan, and reason for the request. Send requests to hello@sailorsearch.dev.

Annual contracts, committed usage, custom procurement terms, and dedicated capacity may follow separate written terms.
